Possible uti or kidney infection
I've been extremely fatigued for the past few weeks, experiencing pain in my abdomen, sides, lower back, and sometimes chest, with frequent headaches, slight tremors in my hands and lower body, and also a foul smelling urine. I have not experienced any pain while urinating, but the other symptoms are becoming worrisome as I'm having trouble keeping focus and staying awake. I've also lost a bit of appetite and my digestive system has been off.

Get urine examination routine and microscopic done.if any infection detected,should be adequately treated.tab paracetamol 500 mg six hourly ma provide symptomatic relief.rest and plenty of fluids are advisable.if symptoms persist , consult a physician for clinical evaluation
