First of all is your theory based on a sound investigation from a neurologist and/or psychiatrist? Have you taken the medicines regularly? If they are not working please inform the doctor he may change it. You can also seek a second opinion. The feeling of being incapable of  being rewarded, fear of paralysis and trouble interacting with people can be worked out with a psychologist like me.
Next Steps
Please seek help,as living in fear can lead to a lot of complications with work/ studies and relationships.
Health Tips
Please see a psychiatrist and neurologist for the brain related issues. Formulating your own theory and living by it can be highly detrimental.
