Possibly pregnant?
I have been taking microgestin for 3 years now and I will regularly start my period on a Monday at latest Tuesday and it will continue till Saturday of that week. Well I was supposed to start bleeding on 12th or 13th. I did't. Instead on the 14th I started spotting late that day and it was basically only when I wiped. I took a pg test all came out neg. It's the2nd and my breasts/nipples have been really tender for 4 days and I have never had it before. Is there a chance I could be pregnant?

I think no.... but u can repeat pregnancy test after a week again.
