I have delivered baby in September month n it was C section. I have following queries 1. What should I do for my bad back, knees n anek pain? 2. Can I start having green tea? Or it will effect baby ? 3. How to reduce my tummy fat ? And from which month I can start tummy exercises?

Hello....... It's cesarian section, healing time is around six to eight weeks.. Now it's already 2 months, you can start exercise.. You can have tea in usual quantity... Joint pain could be due to laxity of joints ,once you start exercising pain will subside.. Do yoga, it s better....
