Post c3r surgery
Hi, I have gone under c3r for my right eye. As I am working in night shifts, felt more stress and pain and irritation especially during night shifts... and could see minor vision got increased. If I stop working for couple of months, felt very good. So night shift wokring is affecting on my eyes vision? Can you let me know if I stop wokring completely on nigt shufts will feel better? Or this is really causing the problem? Thanks,

What kind of work you are doing in night shift. If you are a regular computer user if so it might be computer vision syndrome please use lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop 2to3 times daily and rub ocupol d's eye oint twice daily on lids

Follow 20.20.formula ie close your eyes for 20seconds after every after every 20minutes.keep proper distance between eyes and screen wash your eyes with freshwater frequently and don't sit facing towards a/c or blowers consume lots of fresh fruit and vegetables

Hello Your symptoms are suggestive of dryness Try A cold compresses B use lubricating eyedrop frequently like refresh tears Avoiding night shift would definitely help These will help you
