Post covid fatigue feeling all the time
Hi doctor I have recovered from the covid 19 and I feel fatigue all the time don't like to do anything just want to sit and feel tiredness whole day what should I do ?

No worries ! To get back the stamina have 1cap vitamin B complex after lunch & a glass of nimbu pani with warm water & honey..avoid sugar

You will have to continue the vitamin supplements for 3 more months, also check your blood sugar, in covid patients, high blood glucose is seen, also, modify ur diet and avoid all sugar foods, increase protein & fibre in diet
