My mother was tested positive for Covid last month she was admitted in ICU , Where 6 dose of remedisivir was Given to her because she had 60-75 % infection in her Lungs, and she has been on steroids from last 21 days but yesterday her O2 level suddenly started dropping with headache and Pressure around chest , I am worried if she is Reinfected again .Is it possible someone's can get reinfected after 30 days even with the dose of remedisivir? Please Help

With those hefty doses of steroids which are immunosuppressive agents, a lot of patients are contracting secondary infection/fungal infections. Pressure around chest with low saturation is concerning for heart related issues as well.
