Post covid syndrome
I recovered from covid 19 on 5 th October. But my throat is still sore. Please let me know what am I supposed to so in this situation. I am drinking lukewarm water and also I gargle twice regularly.

Gargling hot water littlesalt, steam inhalation very important , some good lozenges , bcomplex with zinc tablets , vit c 500mg dailyand d3 60000iuweekly.

Yes it's been seen that patient do experience upper respiratory tract symptoms after recovering from covid. Only symptomatic treatment is needed.
