Post Covid Weakness n Body pain
Hi , I tested positive for Covid on 22 Nov and tested negative on 9 Dec. My symptoms started with loss of smell n taste which got back little after 7 days. Oxygen saturation throughout covid was in the range 96 - 98. Also experienced anxiety issue twice during isolation where pulse rate was elevated. Tracking my BP as well which was little higher earlier but now BP is under 120/80. Also felt weakness n aches in the entire body which got better with heating bag. Now im dealing with post covid weakness and pains ( which I think is muscular). Continuing my meds Vit C, Becosules Z and Absolute Woman multi Vit. My question is how long will it take to recover completely and what else do I need to take care of. Thanks in advance.
