I checked with eye specialist she said it is bleeding but no medicine needed. it also got cured on its own. now no issue but once or twice a week mild head ache is there.
do not want to go for scan or mri . just want general suggestions to prevent brain hemmorrhage or cure mild bleeding issue if any

Avoid excessive straining, lifting heavy objects. Check your blood pressure. If high, get medical help to control it. Relax, do walking, Yoga meditation.
