Post Fracture
My friend got into a bike accident a week ago. He is suffering from a broken clavicle as well as a crack in his scapula. He has an injury from impact on the area joining arm and shoulder which is healing well. Right now he is having acute muscle pain covering his shoulder and arm..specifically deltoid area as well as scapula. There is also swelling along with the pain. Is there a reason why the pain is quite bad and it is swelling? Also what are the remedies to soothe the pain because even the prescribed pain killers arent he

Try ice pack appication to relieve pain.
Medications like Enzomac and Tendocare will be helpful.
Pain is also due to the micromotion between fracture fragments so try immobilising the affected shoulder.
