Do I apply tretinoin 0.025 all over my face or only on the affected area? How long will it take for the pig mentation to fade away?

For acne u need whole face application...and for lightening...needs to be seen...don't apply much...otherwise it can cause dermatitis

Hi, tretinoin is not advisable to be used all over the face esp. if you have pigmentation and sensitive skin. You could use it only on affected areas if you have some superficial marks. There are more better and effective creams to lighten up your pigmentation.

Tretinoin is not a good option for pigmentation ,pls consult dr for a proper treatment , tretinoin may irritate the skin

Don’t worry abt the pigmentations in the face ,, just use a sunscreen lotion and a depigmentation cream is need for it ,, apply the tretinoin cream only on pimples now

Just on the affected area.pigmented marks take more then a month to respond to any treatment.instead of tretin would recommend some de pigmentating creams for faster relief.consult me online for further treatment
