Post LASIK vision problem
Hi, I had LASIK almost a year ago. My prescription was around -12 or something in both the eyes. After LASIK I did not achieve 20/20 vision. I've been going to my post op appointments regularly and the doctor keeps telling me that its because I have large pupils and that's why my vision is not 20/20. I have problems of dry eyes for which im using lubricating drops. My prescription is -1 now and I'm on some drops 4 pupils. My query is, is my vision going to get any better. My doctor says I don't really need enhancement, just that my pupil needs to get stable. My quality of vision was much better with glasses and contacts. My vision is worse in evening. Apart from this, my eyes seems to be healthy, the flap is in its place. I'd really like someone else opinion on what the problem could be. I don't wanna get enhancement, I wouldn't mind glasses as my eyesight is much better than what I had before since -12 was a big burden for me. But I'd like to get a solution for my current problem.

Having - 12 means high myopia and usually in that much power Lasik complete correction is difficult and high chance of regression.  What you are experiencing is glare problem and as doctor said it's because of large pupil which will be there in high myopia.
Next Steps
According to me continue lubricants and glasses, if glare is troubling you a lot try polarized light which may help you.  Consult ur doctor if any problem
