Quadriceps exercises. SLR. Knee  but physiotherapist better option. After post 2 months  if you hv some issue avoid self exercise

Quadriceps exercise Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube ornormal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Post ACL surgery you need to do closed chain exercise of lower limb.These can be best done under the guidance of physiotherapist.

Hello.., without looking at ur present physical condition , its difficult to prescribe exercises..
