Post Orichotemy problems
I had undergone orichotemy 1 month ago. I was in the advanced stage of prostate cancer. My PSA was 700 then. Recently when I checked it came down to 63. During the surgery they had done something to widen the urinary tract so that I could urinate at one go instead of visiting the toilet frequently like before. They also removed my testicles. Since the last night I have started to urinate frequently again and am not able to sleep. As the PSA level came down it seems that the cancer has been controlled but the frequency of urination has gone up again, sometimes at the interval of one hour to two hours. Could you please tell me the reason why this is happening.

Many reasons for increased frequency of urination, including infection. Difficult to pin point one without investigations. Please consult, before further advise
