If ovaries are removed then you may suffer with surgical menopause.
It may cause flushing, change in behaviour, depression, dryness in vagina etc
. During surgery usually length of vagina is not affected but some time due to cystocele and rectocele, surgeon removes large part of tissue may lead to shortening of vagina which may affect sexual life.
So condult your gyno.
You can take estrogens preparation.
Local jelly for lubrication.
Yoga and meditation.
Change of life style etc.
