Post weight loss loose skin
I have reduced 10kg but my skin has become loose and started to sag in my cheeks region also my eyes are sinking in with dark circles also around them. I drink 4ltrs of water per day started doing strength training also. My thyroid is at 6 and m currently under medication for that. How can I make up for such nutritional deficiencies. I m a vegetarian. Thanks in advance.
