Postpartum bleeding
My friend had an vaginal delivery on dec12th. She had an lower uterine Fibroid of 10cm. After delivery she got her postpartum bleeding red for 4days and then it turned brown and only little amount discharge. Now for past three days she's getting bright red discharge and 1 r 2 pads everyday. It's only 24days after delivery. She's breastfeeding her child. She's abroad and has next appointment only on 6th week which is jan23rd. Is this any serious issue to consult a doctor soon or she can wait fr jan23. PS: she consulted gynecologist in near by clinic where they gave mefenamic acid 2capsules 3times per day. Is that tablet safe while breastfeeding?? Thank you in advance.

Hello... Its okay... Just maintain hygiene. She can wait for regular check up. If there is no pain then no need to take mefenamic acid... It may pass on through breast milk.
