Postpartum delivery question
I gave birth to my son less than 2 weeks ago and wanted to know if I could go swimming in a regular pool to be active but keep it easy on my body...I had an episiotomy during delivery. I've been told by the internet 'no' because of bleeding but I wasn't completely sure...

Best exercise is breastfeeding, it will bring you back in shape. No strenuous exercise.

The body takes atleast 6 weeks to regain normal tissue healing and strength,so avoid strenuous exercise. But do walk and do mild exercises.
