Hi I had undergone cesarean before a month is it OK to eat apples and promogranates, ? My family members are saying that eating apples and promogranates can cause cold for both my baby and myself is it true? Should I avoid it plz suggest me this

No it is not like that.You can eat pomegranate and apple .Both fruits are rich in iron and help in feeding.Till six months you have to give exclusive breast feeding no water.After six months follow the instructions of paediatrician.
