PPI(Rabeprazole) for Silent reflux
Can silent reflux cause Postnasal drip and earache ( suffering from 2 years). I get relief after taking rabeprazole, but when i stop it again pain starts, do i have to take PPI for whole life?

Yes Silent reflux can cause variety of symptoms in Neck , throat and head region .
The ears also drain into the back of the nose via the Eustachian tubes, so occasionally LPR can cause problems with blocked ears.
