I am pre diabetic person and i want to get rid of my diabetic problem also i want to reduce my weight. My age is 25 and my height is 5feet 2inches.

1.Brisk walk daily for 30 minutes 2 . Take small frequent meal , no binge eating 3. Avoid high calories food 4. Check down your weight preferentially maintain Body mass index within 22 kg/m2 . Consult a physician for Wight management . 4. Not to take tobacco in any form 5. Moderation of alcohol 6.Take high fiber , low calorie balanced diet
