During my period, I get very depressed and I feel suicidal. I think it may be pmdd though I've not been diagnosed. I begins with severe anxiety, about 2 or 3 days before and continues through the week of bleeding until the 5th day. I also have painful cramps, heavy bleeding and feel fatigued and I can't do anything. I don't want children in the future and I just want my periods to stop completely. The pain and damage to my mental wellbeing is not worth it to me. What could I do?
