Hii..before planning for the kids..is pre-conception counselling. Is necessary..??.what information we can get by doctor about pre conception ??can u please help out with your suggestion..

Yes preconception counselling is good, you can get some basic test and if there is any problem that can be corrected as well your doctor will give you folic acid which will prevent any defects in the baby
