Pre pregnancy consultation
I want to conceive now as it has been 5 years of our marriage...we want to plan for a Baby. Hence, Please suggest certain pee pregnancy requirement one should take or have. My periods are regular. They last for 3/4 days. We haven't tried for intercourse as we don't want to use any medicine as a precaution in our lives...but now we want a baby...my husband Is 36 yrs in age.... Please guide

Hi. You both must consult an Infertility expert and get a compete checkup and all the necessary tests for the same. If all is ok one can proceed for conceiving a baby.

Get basic investigations done... Serum thyroid, prolactin, blood sugar levels and antimullerian hormone for you and semen analysis for husband. If everything comes normal, try naturally from day 10 to day 18 of your menses on alternate days. Consult online to discuss further

Hi there, Start taking folic acid tablet 5 mg per day after food. This helps in neuro development ( brain) in the baby. This you should start preconceptionally. Other then that get sugars and thyroid tests done. Rest you have a good diet and try to get pregnant. You can contact in case of further queries.
