Precaution for removal of wisdom tooth
The dentist has suggested me to remove the wisdom tooth as it was paining. Right now he has give 10 tablets of Zero dil 100mg and 10 capsule of Amoxycillin 500 mg for 5 days. My question is what precautions should i take before and after removal of wisdom tooth. Thanks in advance.

After surgery precautions will be explained by your surgeon.Before surgery,have food and take the medications as instructed.

Take medication as advised by your dentist. After extraction keep the cotton pressed for an hour. No spitting rinsing or gargling for 24 hours. Only cold and soft food. Apply ice pack from outside to reduce discomfort

Have proper food before extraction. Have a bystander with you .Inform the drugs which you take normally and if drug allergy present pls inform to your dentist before extraction.After extraction do not use straw to drink fluids.Advised saline gargle one day after extraction.Take proper medication as prescribed.
