Eating healthy and exercise are good at all points of time, planning and during pregnancy. Yoga and gentle exercises like walking are best during pregnancy. I do not believe intermittent fasting should be done during pregnancy. Before pregnancy is fine. Take a prenatal multivitamin with folic acid.

You can do everything that you do on a regular basis. Only thing that you need to keep in mind is the fertile period. You're most fertile at the time of ovulation (when an egg is released from your ovaries), which usually occurs 12 to 14 days before your next period starts. This is the time of the month when you're most likely to get pregnant. It's unlikely that you'll get pregnant just after your period, although it can happen. Also take high protein iron rich diet. And most importantly be happy and stress-free. Also remember pregnancy is a physiological process. It happens naturally.
