Precautions for long walk
I am planning to walk for about 160 km in 4 days for a social cause along with my friends. I need to know the precautions and foods that should be carried along for this long distance walk. It would be really helpful if some one helps me with this query. Thanks in advance.

hey, carry dry food items which don't get spoiled like dry chapatis ,dry chatni powder , take fruits and nuts , chochlates , drinking water, mosquito repellent, sweater,
