Hi, in my report mentioned as "Remarks : ALERT !!! Predominantly normocytic normochromic with macrocytes and ovalocytes". What does it mean? Hemoglobin is 12.8, MCV is 109.9 fL, MCH is 33.2pq, MCHC is 30.3 g/dL, RDW-SD is 59.3 fL, RDW-CV is 14.4%
