Sir i got married recently when i intimate with my wife and discharge inside her but sperms come out of her vagina. Sir how can i make her pregnant??

If still u think it will be difficult to get her pregnant, then put a pillow under her hip area and tell her not to getup after sex for next 15 minutes..
And u withdraw ur penis 2 minutes after u ejaculate...

hi, firstly the discharges u saw which came out after sex, that doesn't mean that ur wife will not get pregnant as, it does happen after every time. so don't worry her chances r high that she can get pregnant.
also will suggest u to talk to ur Dr to get knowledge about how u can increase ur chances to become father as this knowledge will help u a lot.
