Pregnancy after miscarrisge

Asked for Female, 33 Years

I have miscsrriage after 10 weeks so i can be pregnant again and have it successful. Doctors were saying that baby has no heartbeat so thats why it was spontaneous abortion. Can i be pregnant again .plz tell md i am feeling very sad and disappointed
