Pregnancy after ovarian drilling
I had a laparoscopy for ovarian drilling In the month of April and now I completed my second cycle today is 7th day Doctor suggested me take letroz 2.5mg for 5 days from 4th day of my period n asked me to come for follicular study on 9th day. She has done done scanning on 4th day n told me that cysts are shutdown so what would be chances of getting conceived this month plz do help me n suggest me the tips

The chances of you conceiving depends on whether you are responding to the tab letroz or not. This we will know after your follicular scan. The chances of ovulation and pregnancy are definitely improved after ovarian drilling. But again your body still has an ongoing hormonal imbalance that may resist. So along with your infertility treatments you must exercise daily and have a healthy lifestyle. All this together will improve your chance of conceiving. Good luck and take care.
