I took abortion pills got my periods last month and again missed periods this month usg report conveys that I've ovarian cyst on the right side ovary and endometrial thickness my pregnancy test was faint line positive so m i pregnant??? Or its due to cyst gynaecologist i consulted gave me northisterone tablets & uterine tonic

8 weeks pregnancy will definitely be seen in ultrasound dear . If uterus is empty then 8 weeks pregnancy is unlikely
Next Steps
Since your pregnancy test is faint Positive you need to do a serum beta HCG levels or repeat urine pregnancy test after 1 week to confirm pregnancy
