Pregnancy and thyroid
My wife is 35week pregnant. On testing her TSH yesterday it was 5.67. She is taking thyrox 125mcg regularly from last one month. Last month her TSH is 7.47 on taking thyrox 100mcg. She is also taking BEVON capsule, IRENTIA TAB, DENSIA FORTE TABLET. Do we need to increase the dose of THYROXIN or it is normal in the last month of pregnancy. Please suggest proper cure for the same.

Your TSH values are still high for your third trimester of pregnancy which should be around 3 so you should increase your thyroxin levels to 150
