Dear sir / mam im abhilasha n i hereby want to know about the early symptoms of pregnancy and pregnancy test and also natural abortion process . Hope you kindly help to figure it out weather im pregnant or not . It should get completed by yesterday i.e, 5th but im getting back pain since 3 days but no periods yet . Plz help me what to do upfront.

Get a pregnancy test done first and visit a gynaecologist. Natural processes will not help
