Doctor I took duphaston tablet on August 17th and I got my last periods on July 18th now I need to get my periods on August 18th but at the time of ovulation we we're active and now my periods was missed and on the pregnancy kit it shows positive I have a doubt whether because of duphaston tablet there may be any false results in the pregnancy test
