Hello, symptoms of early pregnancy and pre menstrual symptoms are similar. Till 13Th April, if no menses, you can do a pregnancy kit test. Before that it is difficult to know if you are pregnant. Blood test Bhcg can be done a week before expected periods, but in the current state of Lockdown it will not be advisable to go out for blood test. For low blood pressure, drink Atleast 3 L of water on a day and home made nimbu paani once a day ( point is to hydrate yourself well)
Next Steps
Wait for menses till 13 April. Doa pregnancy kit test on 14 April.
