If you have no pre existing medical conditions   you can  have an online consultation this once In early pregnancy there are certain tests that you are supposed to do which can be prescribed online. Regarding  pregnancy in isolation one aim of visit to doctor is to confirm live intrauterine pregnancy which can be done by ultrasound

As soon as the woman  gets pregnant , she is supposed to consult a gynaecologist for basic examination, testing and guidance regarding pregnancy. But amid lockdown if it's really not possible for you to go out, online consultation will do for once.

Normally it is advisable to visit doctor as soon as possible. If u do not have any major issue, consulting online and getting preliminary tests done and meds prescribed would be safe during lockdown.

You can just take prenatal vitamins and wait until the lockdown is over for your scan and other test
