Dry fruits, Vegetables, And Fruits are rich source of vitamines, mineral and fibers. 1- Various fruits like apple, Oranges, Pomegranate,Kiwi, Watermelon, Grapes are good source of water and vitamines. You can eat them in morning or evening time . Quantity should be balanced. 2- Vegetables in Raw are also good. Tomatoes, Cucumber,onions, carrots are good as salads. They provide good fibers and vitamins to boost your immunity and health. 3- Dry fruits provide good amount of minerals and calories . But they should be eaten once in a day and in small quantities.
