Placenta is attached on  posterior wall of the uterus,  it means it is located behind the baby.  What important is whether or not its low lying, that can cause problem like bleeding. But as pregnancy advances and uterus size increases, there is possiblity of placenta moving upwards. So If you are not having any problem, there is nothing to worry.
