I am planning For baby 9 days before paining I feel sometimes like vomit but am not vomiting n am having lower abdomen pain n hip pain

For planning of pregnancy you have to check several things. Kindly consult directly for that. Pain in hip maybe due to calcium or vitamin d deficiency. You can take supplements for that.
