Is this possible to pregnent with 8.4endometriyum thickness,22mm follicle ruptured ,10million spermconuts After post wash,today i did a first iui in 12th day.we both r normal health.

Yes all these reports are good. Chances of pregnancy are definitely there. Think positive and also u should know that with best of hands success rate of iui s 12 percent only. However there definitely is a chance. All the best
