Pregnancy first trimester
I m in my 7 th week of pregnancy . My doctor has given me to take 400mg of vitamin e daily after breakfast. Is it ok to have vitamin e?

Make sure you check your thyroid levels.
If everything OK, then only folic acid recommended till 13 weeks after which iron and calcium supplemets are started.
