We have a son of 17 months. My wife is pregnant again but we don't any kid before the one gets 3/4 yes old. Pls advice medicines (mifeprestine misoprostol) will be better or shall I go for surgical one??

Better to consult near by gynaecologist. It is not good to take any medication without seen by gynaecologist.
