Having one month pregnancy, I have already Two babies, how I removed by medicine and what is the side effect of the medicine. Further my periods will on time or not, please help me

You need to confirm the pregnancy and get a scan done to confirm the intrauterine location and also the gestational age. Only then you can take tablets for termination if it is less than 7-9weeks pregnancy. You should never take it over the counter without supervision as there is a chance that you may bleed heavily and may sometimes even require a d and c.
