I had sex 5 times with my gf last month her due date for periods was 2 july but now its delayed even after giving her pills 5 times after sex, her UPT os positive now is it legal to terminate pregnancy as we are unmarried couples in india ?

Check for pregnancy by serum beta HCG.then you can decide for medical termination of pregnancy.she can take a decision for MTP but with proper guidance and proper documentation
