What are the basic recommended tests and injections to be administered during pregnancy week wise, considering there are no complications. Is there a chart that can be referred to? Thanks in advance.

Mothers Horlicks two spoons with milk two times a day
Health Tips
Avoid stress and dehydration and travel and intercourses and lifting weights
Avoid papaya and pineapple
Rest in left lateral position for 2 hours in afternoon and for eight hours at bedtime
Take a boiled egg daily
Drink lots of water and fruits juice
Take care of hygiene and light relaxed walking after ultrasound placenta position is confirmed as normal
