Hello, am trying for a pregnancy and missed my period for 13days, on my 13th day I am getting a light brown spot on my Panties i thought my period got started but I have not got my periods but I Have a abdomen cramps and back ache, What is happening in my body, Kindly help out whether I can take home pregnancy or my periods will start.

Do home pregnancy test immediately and contact to gynaecologist in positive case for continuing the pregnancy.If test is showing negative then wait and watch.
