Hi , i had sex on 20th october and took unwanted 72 that day itself . but still now there is no bleeding but there is a pain in lower portion is that means i am pregnant ? please help.

When did you get last menstrual period.If it is near to ovulation time then even after taking tablet chances of failure.So do pregnancy test by blood or urine.Bhcg is blood test and confirmatory also.
