PCOD and thyroid both are lifestyle diseases and it is curable by homoeopathic medicine. Please consult your homoeopathic doctor because most of such cases in conventional system is not curable at the end they ask for IVF or IUI.

Hi...First of all your concern about age is understandable..but then know the fact that people conceive after 30's too...PCOS & hypothyroidism are common problems these days considering most of the females are working these days / are under some competitive pressures..point behind telling you this is that constant need to conceive might also built up a stress in your body & hence affect your hormones.Once your PCOS problem is resolved & your menses & flow are regular things can be better.
This can be tried with homeoopathic medicines..but however spouse history might also be needed( can be commented better if more details are available).
Next Steps
keep calm dear & pursue some hobby..keep yourself happy. You can consult online.
Need detail history to comment on your situation
As pcod and thyroid does affect fertility of woman
And uncontrolled diabetes also affects conceiving chances

Your Husband is 35 with Type 1 Diabetes, this means he is on insulin. Please confirm.
The problem with PCOD is you cannot predict the exact time of ovulation. Are your periods regular now. ? I would suggest that you can start using an ovulation kit if your periods are regular from around 12th day of your periods. When you are ovulating the probability of conception increase. Some medications like Chandraprabha Vati, Pushpadhanva etc can be started after consultation. Do not worry as stress will cause further hormonal imbalance which can make things difficult. You have time and you should be able to conceive.
Next Steps
Start Using Ovulation kit. Start Shatavari Ghrita once a day empty stomach, 1 spoon with sugar.
U can consult me online, need detail case study n also share both of ur reports.
Homeopathy medication treated many such cases.

U need to do intercourse from 9th day of her cycle (counting first day of period a s day 1), to 15th day of periods (if ur cycle is of 28 days). DO every day or every alternate day.
Getting children is a long process.
“Even for a healthy, fertile couple, the 'per month' success rate is around 15-20%, so it is not at all uncommon for it to take some months to conceive. Overall, around 70% of couples will have conceived by 6 months, 85% by 12 months and 95% will be pregnant after 2 years of trying.” Eventually it will happen.
